UNDER ICE
Salla is anchored to the bottom and is not affected by the weather conditions on the surface. It can be used also in areas where ice is covering the sea in wintertime.
HIGH RESOLUTION
Lowering the sensors at 10 cm/sec speed results in high resolution vertical profile. Efficient winch module allows profiling up to every 15 minutes depending on deployment depth.
